With the popularization of loading and unloading machines, automobile tail plate is often used as a large proportion of lifting loading and unloading machines. Therefore, people should often carry out maintenance on the tail plate, in order to avoid the occurrence of common faults, and then increase the use of the tail plate. 1. Butter should be added to the entire tail plate every 15 to 20 days; The plate has a total of 12 oil cups (butter filling orifices) on each rotating shaft.

2. Flush the foreign matter such as mud and sand attached to the tail plate of the car (especially the moving parts) with water in time, otherwise it will have a bad influence on the use of the tail plate.

3. It is forbidden to clean the power unit box and electrical control box in close range with high-pressure water gun when washing the car. If the power plant, electric control box, box cover is found to be off, broken or deformed, it should be replaced in time.

4. When loading corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, attention should be paid to prevent the tail plate of the car from being corroded by corrosive substances;

5. Check the oil level of the oil tank every two weeks to ensure that the oil level is not lower than 75% of the oil tank capacity. If not, replenish hydraulic fluid in time. If the hydraulic oil is lower than the prescribed quantity, the oil pump will produce abnormal sound, leading to the service life of the oil pump is shortened.

6. When checking the hydraulic oil, if the hydraulic oil turns white and milky white (water inlet), or the hydraulic oil turns black (using time is too long), the system should be cleaned in time and a new hydraulic oil should be replaced. The hydraulic fluid should be replaced at least every six months. When injecting new oil, the filter screen above 200 mesh should be used for filtration.

7. When the ambient temperature is lower than -10℃, low-temperature hydraulic oil (such as YC-N32 low-setting hydraulic oil) should be used;

8. The battery capacity should not be less than 80Ah. For the tail plate with high frequency of use, the battery capacity should be checked regularly. Every once in a while (usually 10 to 20 days), the vehicle battery should be charged externally.

9. Be sure to check the power cord from the battery to the tailplate motor. If any damage is found, replace or wrap the damaged parts promptly.

10. Inspect each rotating part monthly for excessive wear. If yes, please replace it in time. Check all fasteners for loose. If so, please tie it in time. Check whether there is any crack in the welding seam. If there is, please repair the welding in time. Check whether the tail plate is seriously delacquered. If so, please repair it in time. Check for any parts that are seriously rusted. If yes, please replace it in time.

11. The power system, pipes, pipe joints and oil cylinders may loosen and leak oil after the tail plate has been used for a long time. Inspect and tighten all connections in a timely manner. If the fastening still fails to resolve the leak, repairs should be carried out immediately at the designated repair shop.

12. Check the high pressure tubing once a month. If tubing appearance is found damaged or broken, replace immediately.
